Travel Journal #5 : Istanbul Day 5

LuccaIt was day five and the trip was coming to an end but there was still so much to see! So we decided to start off our day by having lunch at a pretty cool restaurant, Lucca, where we got to try some of the famous turkish coffee. Then we took a stroll along the Bosphorus, in the area of Bebek, and found a couple of nice shops worth checking out: Yargici (they have a clothing and an accessory line) and Midnight Express (a concept store with a nice selection of several brands). All and all, Bebek was the closest thing to the sort of environment you find in the western world (apart from the Bosphorus setting of course!) .

PS: For the most famous turkish coffee check out Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi.
